Insulflex adalah elastomer berat dan ringan nitril karet fleksibelyang dirancang untuk bahan isolasi termal.
Insulflex isolasi berwarna hitam, tersedia dalam bentuk tabung dan lembaran.

Insulflex juga menghambat panas LSS untuk pipa air panas dan pemanas, pipa suhu ganda dan tata surya. Ini melindungi pipadengan bertindak sebagai peredam getaran dan memberikanperlindungan terhadap korosi oleh lingkungan atmosfer danindustri.
Fleksibilitas melekat Insulflex membuatnya cocok untuk isolasi luas permukaan besar seperti tank, kapal berbentuk tidak teratur, suatusaluran udara pipa diameter besar

  • The above average physical properties are values obtained in accordance with accepted test method.
  • At - 40°C, Insulflex Closed Cell Inulation becomes hard and as temperature drops below - 40°  C will be increasingly brittle ; however this hardening characteristic does not afeect thermal or water vapour permeability. 
  • The Fire Rating standard method of tests conducted under controlled laboratory conditions is a measure of a material to spread flame whn compared to a known standard and is not intended to reflect hazards presented by this or any other material under actual fire conditions.
Thickness Recommendations to control condensation in pipe insulation of cooling lines.
 
  • Insulation for pipes of 20 mm ID to76 mm IPS are Available in tubing form with wallthickness of up to 25 mm.
  • Insulation above 76 mm IPS are in precut sheets and available up to 38 mm thickness.
  • Insulfex thickness recommended within the specified temperature ranges will control condensation on indoor piping under conditions defined as follow :
    MILD                              
    Air-Conditioned and arid areas.
    NORMAL                        
    Maximum severity of most indoor conditions seldom exceed 29.4°and 70 % RH.  
    SEVERE & EXTREMELY SEVERE
    Conditions of high humidity or poorly ventilated areas where temperature may be depressed below the ambient. Under conditions of high humidity, additional thickness of insulation may be reqired.
